Orange County Rescue Mission (Tustin).

The mission of the OC Rescue Mission is to “minister the love of Jesus Christ to the Least, the Last, and the Lost of our Community through the provision of assistance in the areas of guidance, counseling, education, job training, shelter, food, clothing, health care and independent living communities.”

The Rescue Mission officially opened the “Village of Hope” on the Tustin Marine Base in 2008 and have been serving residents for the past year.

Recently, Calvary Church member, Nathan Bates asked if our church would be interested in hosting a monthly Saturday Night church service for the residents of the Village of Hope and several Calvary people responded through a bulletin announcement to help. 

Pray for:

• The Families who are restoring their lives at this location
• The potential of a partnership with our church for a monthly Saturday Night Worship Service
• Nathan Bates and the OC Rescue Mission Staff
• LifeGroups from Calvary to catch the vision of the Village of Hope and volunteer to serve through a meal, project or children’s program
