Prayer for Missionaries

This opportunity is for everyone, but specific groups have times set aside to pray for our missionaries in their programs. WWAM (Women With a Mission); Life Groups; Wednesday evening prayer; and others set aside special times for prayer.

This year’s Missions Conference - MC09, will focus on Prayer. Throughout the conference our missionaries and speakers will be sharing how you can be better equipped to pray strategically and faithfully.  In addition we will have opportunities for you to pray with our missionaries and for MC09 before, during, and after it’s over.  We realize that nothing we do to reach the world will be successful unless undertaken in the power of the Holy Spirit.  We want to see what is currently a trickle of interest become a movement of passion and intensity as people make the sacrifices to pray for the world.  You can make a difference with prayer.  Intentionally pray. 

There are hundreds of things you can do to reach those around you, but prayer is the first step.  And it truly is a powerful one.  Prayer can change hearts, change minds and change lives.  Our missionaries crave your prayers.  God craves your prayers too.  So take the first step in making a difference in the world, and pray.  God is listening.
