Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Morning Student Drop-Off Guidelines
Fruit Street
1. Please make sure your student(s) has/have everything ready to go PRIOR to arriving each morning.
2. Please allow yourself approximately 15 minutes extra time each morning when dropping your student(s) off. Do not exceed 10 MPH. Trying to rush through the parking lot in the morning creates chaos which ties up traffic and threatens everyone’s safety. Please be patient and things will run smoothly.
3. Enter through the second gate off Fruit Street (at the back of the campus).
4. Proceed up the drive to the 4th aisle – right hand lane only.
5. Turn at the 4th aisle and go as far as the traffic line will allow.
6. Drop your student(s) off in the drop off zone only.
7. Proceed around to aisle 5 and exit toward Wellington Street.
8. DO NOT drop students off on either side of Fruit Street. This area is unsupervised and “off limits” to students.
9. NO PARENT PARKING in the Fruit Street lot. If you wish to walk your student to class or conduct other business on campus, please use the Wellington Street parking lot.
10. When parking in the Wellington Street parking lot please enter at the first driveway, park your car, in the center aisles only, and escort your student(s) to class. DO NOT drop students off in the Wellington Street parking lot and let them walk to class unsupervised. This parking lot is for staff parking and is not supervised for student arrivals.
11. Exit the Wellington parking lot from the second driveway at the back of the campus.
12. Students are not to be dropped off in the front of the school. These
spots are for people with business in the school or church offices
only.
13. The parking lot across the street from Calvary on Wellington, and the medical buildings adjacent to Calvary, are “out of bounds” to CCS parking. Those parking in these lots are subject to tow at owner’s expense.
By following these procedures you are setting the kind of example you want your children to observe. Thank you for your cooperation.
Afternoon Student Pick Up Guidelines
Fruit Street Guidelines For Kindergarten – Second and All Carpool
1. Enter through the second gate off Fruit Street (at the back of the campus).
2. Proceed up the drive to the 4th aisle.
3. Turn at the 4th aisle and go as far as the traffic line will allow.
4. Classes will be brought out to the parking lot along aisle 4.
5. Students are not to be picked up any place other than the designated area shown on the map.
6. After picking up your student(s), proceed up aisle 5 and exit out Wellington Street.
7. If you wish to pick your student up from his/her classroom, please park in the Wellington Street parking lot.
Wellington Street Guidelines For Third – Eighth Grades
1. Enter the campus by the FIRST driveway off Tustin on Wellington Street.
2. Proceed to the aisle nearest the Worship Center and go as far as traffic will allow.
3. Students will be brought out to the parking lot along the aisle nearest the Worship Center.
4. Students are not to be picked up any place other than the designated area shown on the map.
5. After picking up your student(s), proceed toward the back driveway and exit on Wellington Street.
6. Junior High students are dismissed at 2:53 p.m.
7. Junior High parents arrive by 2:45 p.m. for student pick-up.
Elementary parents please DO NOT arrive before 3:00 p.m. This will allow Jr. High time to pick up and keep traffic flowing.
