We have a great music ministry on Wednesday nights for kids in grades 1-6. This is not your average “kid’s choir.” This is a place where kids come to worship God and lead other kids and adults to do the same. It’s about “merging our hearts with God’s heart.” Who better to do this than our kids? In the book of Psalms we read, “From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.” There is power in the praise of kids!
Long-time Calvary member and vocalist, Kristin Nitz, is leading this group on Wednesday nights throughout the school year. At times kids will get to be a part of the worship team in our main services as well as many other opportunities to serve by singing in our community at Calvary and locally. We’ve set Wednesday nights, just before our regular ministry programs as the time to meet. Join us in room A105 from 5:55 to 6:55pm!
