Blair Folsom
Blair was saved in college through Campus Crusade for Christ. He has been a member of Calvary Church since 1994.
Blair holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech, was President of the Caltech Alumni Association and is Chairman of the Caltech Alumni Fund. In 2006, Blair retired from a career as an engineer and manager, culminating in General Manager of a GE environmental business. He retired early to focus more time on Christian service.
Over the years, Blair has served in several churches as a Sunday School Superintendent, Camp Counselor, on Men’s and Missions’ teams, as an AWANA Leader, on Building Committees, and in other roles. At Calvary, Blair has served on the Elder Board since 2007 and is the church Treasurer and Chairman of the Trustee Board. He also leads three LifeGroups and serves on the Restoration Project, Marketing, and Impact (adult ministry) Ministry Teams. In addition, Blair leads three communities of Online Missionaries in Campus Crusade’s Global Media Outreach.
Blair and Trish have been married for 40 years and their five children are all serving the Lord in their local churches.
