Synopsis Of Ministry
Bob is Regional Director to the Americas for Avant Ministries, overseeing seven countries in Latin America as well as ministries in North America. Both Bob and Janice work with field leaders forming church planting strategies and implementation in areas where there is no church. In areas where churches have been planted, the Stucks help Avant leaders find ways to facilitate church growth and maturity while seeking ways to step back and allow national believers to take leadership. Based in Missouri, they spend a lot of time using e-mail and talking on the phone/skype. They make field visits as often as possible.
